They provide support services for a range of products including Desktops, Notebooks, Printers and Plotters, Hand Held Devices, Workstations, Monitors, Servers, Storage, Networking equipment etc.
Zesty implemented an odoo based solution here for supporting the service centre activities to be streamlined. The major part is creating a job order once a customer visits the service centre then the faulty item will be diagnosed, repaired or replaced according to the diagnosis.
All the activities will be tracked from logging to delivery of the repaired item to the customer. We also integrate it with the inventory, purchase and Finance modules.
