How to analyze your sales activities in Odoo?

Odoo gives you a systematic way to analyze your sales activities very smoothly. The sales performance reports can be periodically on a weekly or yearly basis. Here, let us look at how the sales reports are being generated impeccably.

At the Sales module, go to the Reporting menu bar and click Sales. You will then see the analysis of the entire Sales activities done so far in graph view. The graph view can be displayed in multiple modes which includes line charts, bar charts, pie charts, etc. as shown below.

You are also able to see other types of views such as Calendar view and Pivot view. The Measure can also be chosen based on your needs for example, Discount amount. Days to confirm, Quantity, Total, etc. All the comparisons can be made based on these measures.

Here, you are also able to do your reports based on the performance of your Sales team. To do so, go to the Pivot view which is at the top right hand side of the screen and select the Sales Team to see the performance and Sales revenue, as shown in the screenshot below.

You are also able to group it again based on individual team members who are performing well. So you will see the same and individual performance at the same time, which is actually important for you to measure if your staff are performing. Therefore you can even decide on the best customer which you have received based on the highest sales for a particular period.

Here if you would like to send the report to the concerned manager, export the data by downloading it in Excel file, clicking on the download button which is at the top left hand side of the screen near to the Measure button. Then send it right away via email.
Hence, the sales activities have become more efficient and will be more reliable in the upcoming versions of Odoo ERP.
