Efficient Property Management made easy with Odoo.

Managing properties can be a complex and time-consuming task, requiring meticulous organization and efficient processes. However, with the right software solution, property management can become more streamlined and less burdensome. In this module, the classification hierarchy starts with Projects as the primary menu. Under projects, you can create properties, and under properties, you can further create floors and units.

Add references code -> Project name -> Add Details -> Add facility -> Documents -> Done

Once you have created the project details, the next step is to create properties that belong to this project. Within the project, you can create and manage multiple properties.

Add Reference code -> Add Property name -> Add Project  -> Add Information  -> Done

In this sub-menu, you can add additional relevant information about the properties, such as the property manager, property type, locality, area, plot details, and number of floors. This allows for comprehensive management and organization of property-related data. Next submenu is Floors.

Add code -> Name -> Project -> Property -> Floor Manager -> Email

Unit is the final submenu where you can add relevant information related to the projects, properties, and floors. This allows for detailed and comprehensive management of individual units within the property management system.

Add Project -> Add Property -> Floor -> Property Type -> Managed by -> Analytic Account -> Locality -> Net area -> Common area -> Gross area -> Sales Price -> Add other information, etc.

After completing the previous process, the next step is to create a sales quotation for the customer. To initiate this, you would navigate to the sales module where you can generate a quotation.

Add Customer name -> Contract  -> Expiry date  -> Invoice Address -> Delivery Address  -> Add Analytic Account -> Add Duration -> Unit Price ->  Save  -> Confirm sale -> Send by Mail

After creating a sales order navigate to the Properties module to create a Lease agreement.

Add Renewal units  -> Tenant -> Managed by -> From date -> To Date ->  Add Monthly Rent Save ->Security Deposit -> Add Contract Value -> Add Payment Terms -> Save -> Finalize -> Create Invoice

With Odoo’s scheduling feature, you can easily set up invoices by specifying the start date, end date, and frequency. Additionally, customers have the option to pay the monthly rental amount before or after the actual invoice date, as per their preference. Simply click on “Add schedule” and choose the invoice lines to include. This allows you to view the complete invoice for the specified duration.

Click Create Invoice-> Confirm -> Done

Click Invoices ->  Validate -> Print Invoice

You can conveniently pay the rental amount using the register payment method.
