To use a van sales app for streamlining ERP sales and delivery processes, it is first necessary to create a sales order in the ERP system. The van sales app can then be used by sales representatives to manage deliveries, track inventory, and take orders using a mobile device. By implementing a van sales app, businesses can potentially improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the sales and delivery processes of their ERP system.

Add Customer name-> Slot -> Delivery date -> Add product

After creating a sales order in the ERP system, the next step is to click on the “TRIPS” sub-menu.

Click Trip Type Deliveries  -> Add Route  -> Stock source location  -> Order date  -> Delivery date  -> Slot  -> Add Salesman   -> Vehicle  -> Add Customers  -> Save  -> Action  -> Fetch Orders

While fetching orders we can get pre orders which we have already created.

While clicking the inventory  we can add additional products as well.

After adding additional products we can view the Total product summary also.

Then Click Transfer stock for trip  -> Transfer stock  -> Validate  -> Done

After completing the process, you need to click the TO INVOICE Submenu to generate an invoice for pre orders.

We can generate  GST Invoice after posting entries.

Once the backend processes are completed, the next step is to use the van sales app for product delivery.

Login as Salesman in the app

Click Day start -> Load data -> Click Customers

Click delivery, Within the van sales app, it is possible to view a list of shops for delivery. Additionally, users can create new orders or add return quantities to the app. In the case of return quantities, they can be sold if the product’s condition is good or discarded if it is bad.

While clicking TRIPS IN PROGRESS, We can see the Trip reference number Date/Time and the status of the trip also

If we click the summary we can see the product details as well

Click Day close, To close the daily process and ensure that all quantities, including returns, new orders, and sales of returned products, are updated in Odoo, it is important to review and update the details in the system before finalizing the process.
