HR Management with Odoo V15

Odoo 15 offers a full suite of HR, Payroll, Timeoff (leave management), and Timesheet solutions to manage employees efficiently. With Odoo, all HR information concerning each employee can be centralized in one place, making it easy to scan and assemble details across different departments. The platform also simplifies the tracking of employee details and working hours, allowing for easy sorting of information based on project, client, tasks, and other titles. Additionally, integrated accounting automatically posts reports based on time spent on projects, providing real-time data. Odoo also streamlines the expense management process, with employees able to submit their expense details and managers able to approve them. Job postings are also simplified with Odoo 15 in Human Resources, allowing for quick postings and easy tracking of submitted applications, thus saving time spent on searching for employee records.

Using the ‘Search Panel’ in the Kanban view, records can be easily filtered by performing searches based on specific criteria.

HR skills have been added to manage various employee skills

The Skill Management Module is a valuable feature for organizations, as it enables them to manage employee skills, review resumes, and conduct training sessions in a unified way, benefiting both employees and management.

Time off ( Leave Management)

The HR Payroll department has upgraded to the Enterprise version starting from v13, which includes a new payroll planning feature and additional HR functionalities. With this new version, various types of Time Off can be managed by assigning distinct colors, which can be easily identified on the Dashboard.

Time off types

We have the option to configure half-day time off hours and implement a unique validation process. Additionally, it is possible to incorporate multiple levels of approval for different Time Off types.

From this activity view, we can create scheduled activities, upload documents for second approval, make reconciliation requests, and more.

Timesheets

The new improved dashboard in version 15 allows managers to track employee working time and monitor the tasks and projects they work on through the timesheet feature.

Timesheet Reporting

The timesheet reporting can be viewed in various formats, including by employee, project, task, billing rate, and attendance, with different presentation options such as grid, pivot, graph, and list view.

Attendance

It is possible to view the attendance records and work hours for all employees.

Kiosk Mode

The attendance module includes the Kiosk attendance mode, which allows you to view details of every employee who has logged in to the company office. With this feature, you have the option to scan an employee badge or manually select the employee.

By entering a PIN and clicking ‘OK’ on this screen, you can view the check-in time or check-out time for the employee.
