Purchase User -> RFQ -> Add Vendor -> Add Product -> Save -> Confirm

Store User -> Validate -> Apply

Quality Check of Products

The quality check user checks the quality of the products to ensure they meet the company’s standards.

QC User -> Click inward QC -> Validate -> Apply -> Generate QC Check -> OK

Producing Semi-Finished Goods (SFG)

After the quality check, the production process begins. The production user creates a manufacturing order for the SFG product and issues materials for premix manufacturing. Once the production is complete, the quality check user confirms it.

Production user -> Create MO -> Add Product -> Save -> Confirm

Store user -> Click Premix manufacturing -> Issue materials -> Confirm

Production user -> Click Production done -> OK -> Confirm

QC user -> Click QC Done -> Confirm

Store user -> Premix for accepting the store -> Click move to store

Producing Finished Goods (FG)

Next, the production user creates a manufacturing order for the finished goods and issues materials for FG manufacturing. Once the production is complete, the quality check user checks the quality of the products, and the store user moves the products to the store.

Production user -> Create MO -> Add product -> Click BOM -> Confirm

Store user -> Click FG Manufacturing -> Issue Materials -> Confirm

Production user -> Click MO -> Production Done -> Confirm
QC user -> Click QC done
Store user -> Go to Manufacturing orders -> Move to store
