In order to simplify the sales process in Odoo, we have developed a mobile app where the users can create sales orders anywhere. The features of the Order Taking App will be explained below:
This is the login screen of the Order taking app, and it is synchronized with Odoo ERP. We can use the same login details used for the ERP to login to the order taking app.
After logging in, we will get the main screen of the Order Taking app. To place a new Order click on the ‘+’ icon as shown below:
On clicking the + icon, we can see the following screen:
Once we select the customer, and enter the details click on Save. Once we save, we can add the items in the Sale Order by clicking on Order Lines and the ‘+’ icon thereafter:
On clicking the + icon, we can add the products by selecting the product on this view:
We can see the product along with the taxes and the quantity that needs to be added in this Sale Order along with the Sub Total. Once all the details are added, click on the add button to add the product in the order.
