Traditionally manual systems, use of Time stamping machines was the only method to calculate time of work.Over a century but have since been phase out and replace with cheaper auto systems. As a result which eliminate the need for payroll staff to manually input employee hours.
A Biometric Attendance Device Integration provides many benefits to organizations. As it enables an employer to have full control of their employees working hours. It monitors late arrivals, early departures, time taken on breaks and absenteeism.
Accordingly this Module allows you import attendance data from Biometric Device automatically and update the attendance in your Odoo System. There are few things to note.
1.Daily access logs
This runs every 1 hour and access the data from the Device and this will be update to Odoo.

2.Daily attendance Creation
Accordingly, to the above access log information daily attendance will be updated to the Odoo Attendance module. this will consider multiple in and out time of the Employee.

3.There is a field in Employee:
(Employee->HR settings(Tab)-> Attendance Device ID) – Hence here we can configure the Attendance device details where we can check the attendance device connection is successful or not.
