Employee Details and Dashboard
Employees are the essential part of a company and we need to store the details of each employees in an effective way. We have customized HR module to provide more functionalities related to employees. Such as employee salary details, loans, timesheets, leaves request, daily attendance etc.
Dashboard
There is a Master Dashboard with reminders of the important document expiry of the Employees. The records in various dashboard sessions will be auto populated before 30 days of the Expiry of various documents.
Loans Integration
Many companies provide loans for the employees working in their company. So its necessary to track the details of loans and repayment of loans. We have developed a feature to handle the loans. Employees can request loans through odoo and the request will be send to their respective manager. The manager can issue the loans and can generate the EMI based on the repayment. The EMI will be deducted from their salary. This loan and repayment entries is linked to accounts and it will create account entry for each transaction. So we can track the expenses easily.
Flight Tickets Tracking
Companies provide travel expenses for the employees. So we have developed feature to store the ticket details of employee and expenses for the ticket/cash.
Assets Information
We have developed a feature to store details of company assets with employee including serial number.
Document History
Feature for document history with access control in human resources. Documents include call letter, visa copy etc.
Visa Processing
Visa is required for all foreign employees working in a company. So its very essential to keep the information about the visa expiry and all. Visa processing has several steps.In our system we provide a feature to track the visa processing of employees. Also this information is visible to the dashboard so very easy to find the employees with visa processing.
Employee Gratuity
Gratuity is a part of salary that is received by an employee from his/her employer in gratitude for the services offered by the employee in the company. Gratuity is a defined benefit plan and is one of the many retirement benefits offered by the employer to the employee upon leaving his job. An employee may leave his job for various reasons, such as – retirement/superannuation, for a better job elsewhere, on being retrenched or by way of voluntary retirement. We have developed a employee gratuity details for each employees in a company. It also include a feature to keep track of employees salary increment history details.
Daily attendance
The attendance of each employees can be track automatically using the feature we had developed. This attendance feature will help to find the days worked, leave days that can be integrated with the payroll. Also we have provided a feature to keep the public holidays of the company.
Time sheets
In this feature we have modified the normal time sheet with some more additional functionalities. We have provided timesheets based on projects and tasks. Its very hard to track how much time an employee works on a day. Using this functionality we can easily find how much time he worked as normal hours and Overtime hours. The details from the time sheets are integrated with the payroll so that we can provide extra payment for overtime workers very easily.
Leave Tracking
Odoo has default leave processing system apart from it we have integrated this leave tracking with our daily attendance feature to make the leave and its processing easy.
Employee Payroll
In odoo we have a feature to generate payslip for employees but this has some limitations. So we modified the payroll structure for our client with more functionalities. Such as integrating with the loans of employee and automatic working days calculations, normal working hours, leave salary and customized reports of payslip and payroll batches.
